| Careers in Taxation |
| |
Yes, we know the common perception that: a career in tax = BORING. Actually, a more accurate description of the common perception is: anything to do with tax = BORING.
BUT, believe us when we say THIS IS NOT TRUE!! To exude a greater degree of confidence in this statement, think about this: |
| |
Do you enjoy a challenge, something that will keep your brain active on a daily basis? |
Do you like learning new things? |
Do you enjoy interacting with people? |
Do you enjoy saving people tons of money? |
| |
A career in tax isn’t for those people that like to complete repetitive tasks. Tax is challenging, but if you enjoy a challenge, and work hard, completing a person’s taxes becomes more like a puzzle, because you are trying to use your knowledge to save them the greatest amount of money possible (within legal limits of course). As well, taxation laws are constantly changing, and you will always need to keep up-to-date with the new rules. But the best part is, when you are able to use your skill and knowledge to save people in your community the most amount of money possible, and they thank you for it. |
